Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic High School Drama Club

The Our Lady of Lourdes Drama Club is dedicated to the production of theater as well as sharing it within our school community. The Drama Club is full of hard working and committed students who enjoy working with others, having fun, and have a passion for theater. From advertisers to actors and producers to the playbill staff, there is a job for everyone here. The Drama Club produces two main shows each year, a Musical in the Fall followed by a Dramatic or Comedic straight play in the Spring. Each of our productions require a great deal of rehearsing, advertising, producing, fundraising and overall hard work. From on stage to behind the scenes, the Drama Club offers a positive and family-like environment in which members learn how to work together to accomplish something bigger than themselves. Being a member of the Drama Club requires attendance at monthly meetings and contribution to each of our shows as well as our fundraisers. The Drama Club participates in the Walk-a-thon, Pizza Wednesdays, and bake sales throughout the year. With every school year our club evolves, and it takes our new joining members each year to help us do so. So if you live for that moment on the stage, love to costume and accessorize, build and create, even if you enjoy organizing and leading, the Drama Club is the place for you.
